In my mission fellowshipping is super important. Areas are small and not a lot of people in the area. You honestly could have the opportunity to try and get to know everyone in the area member or not if you worked in the area for a while. It’s important to show the people that you actually care and get to know them and try to help. It will not work really if you go around asking everyone to listen to your message. They won’t like, they’re gonna think you just want to you to baptize them and think you’re not sincere. To be honest a lot of my work is visiting with people and just talking to them about anything and trying to get maheni with them, try to know who they are, where there from, be nice to them. And hope them open up more, or if there is a good opportunity share a message. One of my investigators I baptized, Losaline. We scheduled a lesson with her and that night we honestly didn’t teach her anything. We just kind of talked about her kids and things she just wanted to share and things she liked about the church. I remember that night I was thinking that was kind of waste a time, but honestly looking back it wasn’t. I think its important not to be looked at as like a robot you know just trying to share a message. Meet the needs of those you minister. Don’t just just fakafe’i noa’ia. Invite them to come to church just because or share a message with them to mark a tally.
